At Sen International Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. We create customized products with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted.


1. Customized Products

  • Since most of our products (PVC, metal, acrylic, wooden, and leather keychains) are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is confirmed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.


2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item compared to your order.

  • The customization (design/logo/text) does not match the details provided during order confirmation.


3. Timeframe for Requests

  • All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, we will not be able to process returns or refunds.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  • Bulk or corporate customized orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.


5. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In the case of replacements, shipping costs for returning the defective product will be borne by us.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet started.

  • Once customization/production begins, cancellation is not possible.
