  • All customized orders are processed only after order confirmation and payment.

  • Standard processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on the quantity and customization details).

  • Bulk/corporate orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.


2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post).

  • For international orders, shipping charges and timelines will be shared based on destination and order size.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India): 5–12 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 10–21 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance in the destination country).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, holidays, or unforeseen events.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments will be borne by the customer.
