At Sen International Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. We create customized products with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted.
1. Customized Products
Since most of our products (PVC, metal, acrylic, wooden, and leather keychains) are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is confirmed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
You may request a replacement or refund only if:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong item compared to your order.
The customization (design/logo/text) does not match the details provided during order confirmation.
3. Timeframe for Requests
All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, we will not be able to process returns or refunds.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Bulk or corporate customized orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In the case of replacements, shipping costs for returning the defective product will be borne by us.

Provide your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return/refund. Our support team will guide you through the process.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet started.
Once customization/production begins, cancellation is not possible.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
