At Sen International Co., we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. Since most of our products are customized and made-to-order, cancellations are subject to strict conditions. Please read carefully:
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet started.
Once the customization or manufacturing process begins, the order cannot be canceled.
For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Bulk/Corporate Orders
Bulk or corporate customized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and approved for production.
3. Order Cancellation by Sen International Co.
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Technical or pricing errors on the website.
Non-availability of raw materials required for production.
Payment not received or payment verification failure.
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
In such cases, any payments already made will be fully refunded.
